Contact us before sending any product back.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Return conditions<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase. We will inspect the product before accepting the return.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Non-returnable products<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For health and safety reasons, opened personal or hygiene products, made-to-order or personalised products, and gift cards cannot be returned unless defective, supplied incorrectly, or otherwise required by law.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Damaged or incorrect products<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a product arrives damaged, defective, or different from your order, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund after verification.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to request a return<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Submit your request through our Contact Us page and include the order number, product, and reason for return. We will send the return steps and location after reviewing the request.
